I wanted to share my experience, with Activated Charcoal. As we all know, this past flu season was awful. My daughter Jesika was sick four times (she is immune suppressed) the last time she came down with the flu, she had fever and vomiting. I decided to do some research on Activated Charcoal. I figured they use the stuff in the ER, for drug overdose, why not do a little digging on it. I read nothing but good things and decided to give it a try. I ran out to our local vitamin shop and bought a bottle of Activated Charcoal. I gave Jesika the recommended dose and within 45 minutes the vomiting and stomach cramps stopped. She even asked to eat . From that moment on, I use Activated Charcoal for all stomach issues: diarrhea, vomiting, sour stomach, gas… This is an absolute must have. I wish I would have done research on this years ago.
I hope you enjoyed reading about my experience with Activated Charcoal.

I started taking Master Tonic in October, 2017. I was feeling like something was trying to hit me, so my Dad gave me a bottle of Master Tonic and told me to take two droppers full, 3 times per day. The next day, I felt a little run down but not full blown cold or flu. As the week went on, I felt much better. From that point on, I’ve been taking it daily. I went the entire flu season without getting sick. I give the Master Tonic to my husband and Kids too. My kids are not crazy about it, but they know it’s good for them.
We also use Ionic Silver for immune support, as well as a “first aid kit”. Silver can also be used topically, so if you have an infection on your skin, or if you have a cut or a scrape, you can spray silver on it, rub it in, and it will function as an antibacterial agent. You can even use it in socks, if you don't want them to stink. Soaking them in a little bit of silver solution functions as an antibacterial additive and will kill the bacteria that cause foot odor.
Ingested silver can also treat resistant strains of bacteria, including MRSA. If you have a tooth or ear infection, for example, silver can do the job for you. Now, there is a huge disclaimer with all of that: First of all, I'm not giving anybody medical information. This is just my experience with this product. If you're going to use this product or eliminate antibiotics, you should be working with a medical professional.

Living in Las Vegas, Cinco de Mayo is always a HUGE celebration. With that being said, I wanted to add a few of my favorite takes on Carne Asada, Salsa and Mexican style street corn. Enjoy and let me know what you think.
Carne Asada Marinade
½ 28 oz can of chile Colorado
¼ jar of organic green olives
2-4 organic garlic cloves
½-1 organic red onion (depending on size)
11/2 cups organic cilantro
2 organic limes
1 rounded Tbs. Himalayan salt
1 Tbs. organic black pepper
1 Tsp. organic ground oregano
11/1 Tsp. organic ground paprika
1 Tbs. organic onion powder
1Tbs. organic garlic powder
1 Tsp. organic ground coriander
1 Tsp. organic cumin
Optional: Chipotle peppers
Place all ingredients in a food processer or blender and blend until all ingredients are pureed. This marinade is good for about 3-4 pounds of skirt steak. Give the skirt steak at least 2 hours in the marinade. Grill to perfection.
1 28oz can organic whole tomatoes
1 cup organic cilantro
1 organic red onion
2 organic limes
1-2 Tsp. Himalayan salt
½ Tsp. organic pepper
1 organic serrano pepper
1 chipotle pepper
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend to desired consistency. Add additional salt and lime to taste. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Mexican style street corn
I find it very hard to find organic corn on the cob, so I improvise.
1 Lb. of frozen organic NON-GMO corn
2-4oz organic cream cheese (depends on how much cream cheese you like)
¼ stick unsalted organic butter
1 Tsp. organic ground chili powder
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ Tsp. Himalayan salt
¼ Tsp. organic pepper
Cook corn until defrosted and warmed through, combine butter and cream cheese. When everything is melted into the corn, add the chili powder, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
I hope you enjoy my take on Cinco de Mayo.
